You all know how much we value fresh seafood at The Tickled Trout, so join Chris in the kitchen as he plates up this fantastic Sea Bream dish.

Served with dill emulsion and chive mash, the fish is accompanied with the most amazing Beurre Blanc sauce, split with dill oil.

Garnished with chive flowers and crispy kale, finished with seaweed powder for some healthy umami flavours.

You know we hate waste, and these nachos are the perfect way to use up the skins from our baked potato mash. 🥔

Seasoned with our spice blend, served with wild garlic mayonnaise, garlic oil, pickles and jalapeños. Finished with a generous helping of Parmesan cheese! 🧀
