There’s something almost poetic about the perfect Pavlova.

A crisp, delicate shell that shatters at the touch of a fork, giving way to a center as soft and pillowy as a cloud.

When you pair that airy sweetness with a velvety latte, you aren’t just having a snack, you’re having a moment.

Life is too short, eat the dessert, drink the coffee, and take the long way home. ✨
