🚑 Emergency/Blue Light Services Discount
Firstly, thank you to all of our emergency services personnel for everything you do.
We're committed to continuing our Emergency Services Discount. Unfortunately, we've recently seen a significant increase in fraudulent and borrowed IDs being used, meaning we need to introduce a few checks to ensure the discount goes to those who genuinely qualify.
To receive the discount:
✅ Present a valid Blue Light Card (physical card or official app).
✅ If your Blue Light Card does not include a photo, please *also* show matching photo ID (work ID or government-issued ID).
✅ The cardholder must be present when ordering/collecting.
✅ The name on any supporting ID must match the Blue Light Card.

To verify eligibility, discounts cannot be automatically applied through our online ordering system.
If ordering via our own Click & Collect app, please mention your Blue Light Card on collection. Once your ID has been verified, we'll apply your discount or refund the difference where applicable.
