Job Title: Deli Assistant
Location: Delicious, Mill Street, Driffield
About Us:
Delicious is a busy, friendly deli based on Mill Street in Driffield. We pride ourselves on high-quality food, excellent customer service, and a welcoming atmosphere for both customers and staff.
The Role:
We are looking for a reliable and enthusiastic Deli Assistant to join our team.
Hours:
• Minimum of 16+ hours per week
• Additional hours will be required to cover staff absence and holidays.
Pay:
• Hourly rate: National Minimum Wage
Key Responsibilities:
• Serving customers and providing excellent customer service
• Preparing and handling food in line with hygiene standards
• Operating the till and handling payments
• Keeping the deli clean, tidy, and well-stocked
• Working efficiently as part of a close, busy team

• A friendly and positive attitude
• Good communication skills
• Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment
• Flexibility to cover additional shifts when needed
• Previous experience is helpful but not essential – full training provided
