We'll the last couple of days have tested me to my limits in our small very very hot kitchen. 💙

Thank you to everybody that has understood when I have put my staff health and my own health first when turning off my hot food plates a little earlier than normal. Our kitchen has registered 46 degrees at the highest point of the day!!

Hopefully normal service will resume in the next couple of days!!
