Meet the Team: part 3

Baker/cook: Claire

Claire has been with us since we opened and many will know that she was also the main lady in the kitchen in the previous Molly & Jean, so altogether Claire has been in our little kitchen for nearly 8 years!!!!!

All the cakes, scones and traybakes are all baked by Claire in The Cosy Cow. Claire is key to what we offer front of house and every day we get another lovely comment about her scones or cakes.

Along with her baking skills, she also provides your breakfasts and lunches, she has no help what so ever, she’s a ‘lone worker’. Claire’s most favourite item to cook is poached eggs…… said no body ever, but she does the best poached eggs and her scrambled eggs are one of the best around!

Claire is an integral part of The Cosy Cow, her work ethic cannot be matched by anyone I know. Claire is calm, conscientious, blooming hard working (nearly as much as me) devoted and the kindest sole.

Hobbies: walking Pip her dog and baking/cooking for her family, camping 🏕️

Meet the Owner: Charlotte

Always wanted a little coffee shop or coffee trailer! Worked from 12 years old in cafes all through school, college and university!

Sports teacher for around 13years before heading back into the leisure industry and teaching gym classes for a few years before finally getting The Cosy Cow 🐄

Hobbies: played rugby 🏉, netball and hockey 🏑 and loved to keep fit, no time for any of these now!!! My 2 boys, watching them play rugby and cricket, walking my dogs, and of course my 5 highland cows!

Also love a good holiday with family or my besties and drinking red wine 🍷in abundance!

Youngest first…… this is Tiffany, been with us at The Cosy Cow since we opened, her confidence has soared and she is a massive asset to our little team and we value her so much ❤️

Tiffany is studying A levels in Criminology, Psychology and Biology….wow!

Hobbies - Air Cadets, currently Flight Sargent. Recently awarded Station Commander cadet for RAF Leeming.
