Our soup today is tomato, and we have a choice of quiche.

Caramelised onion, beetroot and goats cheese.

Pesto, parmesan, sun-dried tomato and chorizo.

We really loved meeting this talented bunch at the beginning of the week. It was nice to see our wonderful castle being recreated and every artist's individual interpretation.

Our own artist, Chef Roy, has been upstairs creating his own masterpiece this morning.

Our quiche today is broccoli, blue cheese and caramelised onions, and our soup is sweet potato and roast red pepper.

Lunch is served til 3pm, we're here til 4pm.

Oh wow!!

Avacado, smoked bacon and poached eggs on toasted sourdough with a tomato chilli jam.

Today's soup is a delicious vegetarian and gluten free carrot and coriander, and is served with homemade wheaten or gluten free bread.

We a have a choice of quiche today. Asparagus and cheddar or ham and cheese.

We're looking for someone to join our already awesome team!

We're looking for someone who has cafe experience and is available to work 9am and 5pm, Tuesday to Sunday on a rota basis.

This vacancy is best suited to someone enthusiastic and friendly, with a positive attitude and the ability to fit in and work with our existing team.

You don't need to know everything, but we will expect you to hit the ground running in our busy cafe environment.

What an exciting day to be right next door to the Castle in Killyleagh!

Lots happening on day 3 of our festival week with the artisan market, live music and kids activities too.

We've speciality hot and iced drinks, serving breakfast now, and lunch from 12pm

Our soup today is roasted root vegetable, and our quiche is cheddar, leek and Ballymaloe relish.

We're open til 4pm, hot food til 3pm. Everything is available to sit-in or take-away.

Let me introduce my friends, Joan and Pat.

These ladies are the backbone behind all the fundraising that goes on for Portaferry RNLI Station, consistently raising more that £20,000 each year.

This money helps keep crew training and kit up-to-date, which enables the crew to keep us all safe out on the lough.

Well done ladies, and thank you for making the trip over to forage for lunch.
