It's with great pleasure that we can officially announce that Baytree Garden Centre have purchased Dents of Hilgay Farm Shop, Garden Centre and Barn Cafe. After setting up our little farm shop in a small wooden shed in 1990 it has grown over the years to what it is today.

We are excited to handover the retailing side of the Farm to the Baytree family from Weston, near Spalding, to add their fantastic retailing edge to Hilgay. They share the same family values and ethos as we have, and they have many exciting plans for the business.

We look forward to seeing all their improvements and wish them every success for the future. We are now wishing to concentrate our time and efforts on our fishing lakes and our farm and spend more time with our family.

Tom, Alison and family would like to thank customers and staff for their loyalty and friendship, we have lots of happy memories on our journey.

Fabulous menu @ Dents today. Choice of Roast Beef, Honey baked Gammon, Pork or Turkey. Specials include Chicken in creamy Peppercorn sauce, Beer battered Cod, Mac n cheese or Chorizo gnocchi. Save room for one of our delicious home made desserts- Sticky Toffee Pud, Apple pie, Chocolate and Peanut Torte or Pina Colada jar. Too good to miss! Serving 12 til 2.30pm today.
