A huge thank you to two lovely customers who booked our first ever Afternoon Tea, we hope you enjoyed it as much as we enjoyed putting it together! ❤️

Our Afternoon Tea is now available every Tuesday, so why not treat yourself to an afternoon of sandwiches, sweet treats and plenty of tea? 🧁☕

This Saturday the bbq will be out! So whether you’re coming down to join The Hybrid Barns kettlebell session, enjoying a football tournament or just in the area be sure to swing by!

Alcohol license is also in place so if your over the age of 18, enjoy a cold beer in this gorgeous weather 🌞

We’re also delighted that The Rec River will be hosting a BBQ, so you can grab some great food while you’re there, and there’ll be a bouncy castle to keep the kids entertained too. We want this to be a proper family day out where everyone feels welcome, whether you’re joining in the workouts or just coming along to enjoy the atmosphere.
