Chit Chat Community Coffee Shop A new community coffee shop based at River Methodist church based in the village of River on the Outskirts of Dover. Dogs allowed in garden.

Run by a fantastic group of volunteers, come and grab a coffee, have fun and make new friends! Assistance dogs only allowed inside.

We had a wonderful day celebrating Chit Chats 4th birthday.
Chit Chat wouldn't exist without the love support and time given by the amazing volunteers. Hours of work behind the scenes.
So here I go. Huge shout out to Paul , Liz , Tricia, Sue D, Sue C, Ros, Carol, Rosemary, Pauline, Victoria, Roberta, Elizabeth, Alison, Annie.
Thank you also to those who do not officially volunteer but do so much to help. Martin, Ken, Colin, Ruth and Mrs C, Scott and Jane, Karen.
To the Trustees of River Methodist Church who have allowed us to make the building our home. This is so much more than I prayed it would be.

Wow, where has the last 4 years gone. Chit Chat has been having a wonderful time serving the community, making lots of new friends and probably adding inches to people's waistline with our delicious food.
We will be celebrating tomorrow Friday 6th. Our normal menu will be suspended but we will be providing a buffet and entertainment.
We will be open as usual from 8.30 for coffees and festivities will begin around 10.
We would love for you to come and join us. All are welcome.

I wrongly thought this was the last Friday in the month and advertised our Special Fried-Day as being today.
I am glad to see that people do read these notices as we were extremely busy this morning.
Thank you to all who responded and I hope you enjoyed your full English.

We won't repeat it again next week although if you come in before 11.15 you can order our amazing breakfasts.

Thank you River for your continued support. We are coming up to our 4th birthday in March, can't believe it. Where has the time gone.
