Well… looks like the locals know where the good stuff is!

We had a couple of cheeky wee visitors at the Bothy today who clearly weren’t interested in coffee or cake… they came straight for the QuackSnacks!

Saturday mornings are looking a little cosier around here 🍂🤍

The cake counter is absolutely FULL - cinnamon buns, apple turnovers, chocolate cinnamon twists, pastel de natas, muffins, carrot cake with chai and loads of your favourite traybakes.

The coffee is on, the cosy corner is ready and there are blankets for when you want to sit for a wee while.

Come grab something delicious, get comfy or take it with you for a Saturday wander ☕️

Iced matcha has been the winner so far this morning 🤍

We use matcha from Unorthodox Roasters and hand whisk every one with a traditional bamboo whisk. It takes a wee bit longer, but it’s absolutely worth it!

Our last matcha order for just 2 packets cost us £260 😳 We could definitely buy cheaper, but we don’t want to compromise on the quality - and you can really taste the difference, it’s delicious and full of health benefits too.

Strawberry is definitely the favourite but we also do passionfruit, or you can have your matcha hot too.

My personal favourite is a hot maple matcha latte… although strawberry iced is a very close second 🍓

These pair great with our Purpose Food energy balls too if you are looking for a healthier snack 🤍

This morning we left a few little flowers dotted around Doune, each with a note and a drink on us at the Bothy for whoever finds them.

No competition, no catch - just a little unexpected kindness to brighten someone’s day 🤍

If you find one, the flower is yours to keep. Bring the note along and we’ll make you a drink on us.

This is your sign to grab the dog, get out the house and come fill your cup (in more ways than one!).

Arrive at the Bothy with an empty one… leave with a full one and head off round Doune Ponds 🍂

Honestly, this is one of my favourite things about our little spot. Good coffee, a wander, fresh air and a happy dog. Sometimes that’s all you need 🤍

And if you come back past us afterwards and somehow need a cake too… well, that’s between you and the cake cabinet 👀
