We have had a busy day playing, testing and tasting! We have so many exciting ideas for our pop up next weekend and we can’t wait to share them all with you! ✨We have spent the last week developing our menu and testing recipes to showcasing a range of flavours from earthy and vegetal tones to creamy and tart, a lot of inspiration for are dishes comes from vegetables such as parsnip, this is the first incarnation and we still have a lot of work to do on this dish so it’s ready to take centre stage next weekend

We are super excited that rhubarb season is finally back and the fact we have amazing local rhubarb from Mr B Rad 👨🏼‍🌾 makes us even happier! We will be showcasing this amazing vegetable in our third course in a six course tasting menu pop up evening next weekend, we promise it won’t disappoint 🥰
