The award-winning Jetty restaurant perches right on the edge of Christchurch Harbour, within the grounds of the Christchurch Harbour hotel & Spa. Views across the harbour to Hengistbury Head are spectacular, but what the The Jetty is best known for is outstanding seafood - personally hand-picked from the morning catch at nearby Mudeford Quay by Chef Patron Alex Aitken. Alex, a New Forest celebrity chef of more than 30 years, a former Michelin star holder (and a former fisherman), advocates using only the freshest, locally-sourced, seasonal ingredients to showcase the New Forest’s finest flavours.
