In response to the recent false statements and defamatory comments made against our business, we would like to make our position clear.
We have preserved all relevant evidence, including complete surveillance footage, and will take the necessary legal actions to protect the reputation of our business.
Regarding the allegations that we shouted at or treated customers rudely, we possess full video recordings that clearly show the facts. The footage demonstrates that we handled the situation in a professional, respectful, and friendly manner while attempting to resolve the issue. At no point did we engage in any of the rude behavior or language that has been alleged.
We take false accusations and defamation seriously. Any statements that damage our reputation through the spread of false information may be subject to legal action. We reserve the right to pursue responsibility and seek appropriate remedies under the law.
