I’m sure many of you have spotted our rather large marble dog keeping watch from the bar! 😂 But did you know he has a name?

Meet Bob! 🐶

And recently, Bob was given a rather special makeover thanks to the lovely Crown Craft & Chatter group, who lovingly crafted him his very own crown. 👑❤️

So naturally, he now has a new title…

✨ KING BOB! ✨

But did you also know there’s a little bit of luck attached to our four-legged king?

🍀 It’s said that rubbing Bob’s nose brings good luck! 🍀

So next time you’re at The Crown, why not give his nose a little rub and see if Bob brings you some luck? 🐾👑

🤤👑 SUNDAY ROAST AT THE CROWN! 👑🤤

Is there anything better than a proper Sunday roast? Crispy potatoes, plenty of veggies, lashings of gravy and good company… we think not! ❤️

Join us at The Crown every Sunday from 12–3pm and settle in for a delicious home-cooked lunch.

🍽️ Our regular roast choices include:

And if you’re dreaming of something a little different…

We can offer these too, but they require early booking so we can make sure we have everything prepared and ready for you.
