Today we’re sharing a little glimpse behind the scenes — our fresh fish arriving at SeaTales at Harry’s.
We choose fresh fish rather than frozen-at-sea fish, when possible, because we want to offer our customers the best quality, delicious flavour and a tender, succulent texture.
We’re incredibly grateful for the lovely feedback we receive from so many of you, especially the kind words about the quality of our fish. ❤️ Your support means so much to our family business.
We also understand that everyone enjoys their fish differently. Fresh fish can naturally be softer, juicier and more delicate in texture than fish that has been frozen, so it may feel different from what some customers are used to.
If you prefer your fish cooked a little longer or well done, please just let us know when you order. ❤️ We’ll be very happy to prepare it exactly how you like it. Your enjoyment is important to us, and we want every meal to feel just right for you.
If anything about your meal isn’t quite as you expected, we’d always be grateful if you could speak to us before leaving a review.
