verything From Scratch- no pastes, or fillers or pre-prepared sauces-its takes alot more effort- but the end result is alot better too..I have over 30 years Indian Food cooking experience using recipes's passed down from my Mum and Gran and beyond,so you will be tasting trul Original, Heritage Indian Food.
