Hello and welcome to my Kitchen! I'm a busy Mum who loves to Home cook,authentic QUALITY Indian Food. I am impeccably clean( OCD?) and use the freshest of local ingredients plus top quality fresh and freshly ground spices.. I believe the quality of Indian food from most takeways isnt that great, especially when they have to work under time constraints so alot of corner cutting goes on..I prepare everything From Scratch- no pastes, or fillers or pre-prepared sauces-its takes alot more effort- but the end result is alot better too..I have over 30 years Indian Food cooking experience using recipes's passed down from my Mum and Gran and beyond,so you will be tasting trul Original, Heritage Indian Food.
