Just a polite notice to all our lovely customers that we will be CLOSED this coming Saturday (5th September) due to a family wedding.

This is a very special wedding to myself as it is my cousin Santino and his lovely partner Charley.

It’s not often we close the restaurant and we have missed many weddings over the years in this industry, but family is very important to us and we have decided to close for the day so all the family can attend! 🤍

However, this has been reflected in there gift 😂😂💸

We've just spotted this posted on a rossington forum .
A blast from the past, the original Zammutos opened in rossington in 1987. We were the first shop in Doncaster to offer fried mars bars and a fish and chips delivery service.

Hi again ,

Just a little update for you all, we have now replaced the windows at the restaurant and installed shutters . Shouldn’t really have to come to this but this is the life 😔

We’d like to thank everyone who came to see us last week , to walk into a fully boarded up restaurant really showed the loving nature of our friends and meant a lot to the family. The support we had from people all over social media was really touching as well as the messages and numerous phone calls, it’s much appreciated ❤️

Business as usual this week and just the sign to replace now.

Hi everyone ,

Just an update to you all that we are still OPEN AS USUAL .

Unfortunately, last night some absolute low life decided to smash each of our front windows .

Whilst it saddens us to see our baby in this state we are all still raring to go and look forward to seeing you all .

We do apologise to everyone who will be dining with us in the next couple of days who have to bare witness to the eye-sore whilst we get this sorted out .

It’s been all hands on deck this morning , even Nonna Maria has come in to help clean all of the glass . She’s currently on the phone to some relatives in Sicily …
