Another big step forward in the Empress Building basement renovation

The old floor has been completely dug out, the new crusher-run sub-base is down and compacted, and we’ve now installed the 25mm floor insulation.

Next up:
➡️ Separation layer
➡️ 75mm concrete floor
➡️ Then we can really start bringing the new Empress Wellness Centre to life.

This basement is being completely transformed into a new gym, spa, treatment rooms, changing facilities and café.
