Well it's that time of year when the School kitchens start up for another term 😁 We still have a few vacancies. Have a look 👀

School Chef at Townfield Primary 30 hours per week

Catering Assistant at Birkwood Primary School 6.250 hours a week

Relief Catering Assistants. Required daily at various sites across the Doncaster area .

Look out 👀 for new positions coming available in the next few weeks .

☀️ And just like that, the summer break is nearly over!

We hope all our teams have enjoyed a well-earned rest and are returning refreshed, recharged and ready to go! 💚

There’s lots to look forward to at Doncaster Schools Catering this term. Our new menu is taking shape ready for its November launch, and we’re already getting excited for National School Meals Week! 🍽️🎉

NSMW is a brilliant opportunity to celebrate what we do best – feeding children across Doncaster and the surrounding areas every school day.

We’re also wondering which of our fantastic suppliers might be joining us for some fun and engagement during the week… 👀 watch this space!

How on earth has the summer break already gone beyond the halfway point?! ☀️😳

It feels like we only just finished for summer, and suddenly September is starting to appear on the horizon! 🍂

We hope all our wonderful teams are making the most of their well-earned break — enjoying the sunshine, relaxing, switching off and embracing those lovely lazy days with family and friends. ☀️💛

After another incredibly busy school year, you all deserve the chance to recharge those batteries before we do it all again!

There’s still plenty of summer left to enjoy though, so we’re definitely not wishing it away just yet! 😎☀️

Enjoy every minute — we’ll see you all before we know it! 💚

🎉 As another academic year comes to an end, we’d like to say a heartfelt thank you. 🎉

To our incredible catering teams, school staff, pupils, families, suppliers, and everyone who has supported Doncaster Schools Catering throughout the year—thank you.

Your hard work, dedication, encouragement, and support have helped us provide nutritious meals and create positive dining experiences for children across our schools every day.

We are incredibly grateful to everyone who has played a part in making this year such a success. We wish you all a safe, relaxing, and well-deserved summer break, and we look forward to welcoming everyone back for another fantastic academic year in September.
