A sea of vegan bakes šŸ˜šŸ˜

Since quite a few of us are vegan, including one of our bakers, we wanted to see if we could veganise some of our Jimmy Piggs classics and come up with some exciting new flavours!

Today Evelyn has been testing out vegan egg replacements for our brownies and blondies and weā€™ve settled on one that creates truly the fudgiest vegan bakes youā€™ve ever had! (I bet you canā€™t guess what the egg replacement is!)

Over the past week Evelyn has made (all vegan)..

These signs have been the talk of the town! So we just wanted to put your minds at rest that there are NO cameras currently up, meaning no fines are being issued at the moment.

The cameras are due to go up next month and we will be given a tablet to enter your registration plate so that you can enjoy your coffee and cake without the 2 hour limit looming over you

So until we get the tablet, donā€™t panic!
