We're Hiring – Permanent Bartender
As our lovely Aimee moves on to the next exciting step in her career, we have a vacancy for a permanent Bartender to join our friendly team at the Ivanhoe Hotel starting date - 1st August 26.
We are looking for someone with previous bar, waiting on customers, customer service and cash handling experience (preferred, but not essential for the right person).
Hours available: 14–18 hours per week.
Regular shifts:•
Tuesday: 6:30pm – 10:00pm
Friday: 6:30pm – 10:30pm
Saturday: 3:00pm – 8:30pm (starting in the next few weeks)
Sunday: 1:00pm – 6:00pm
The successful applicant will also need to be flexible during the coming busy Christmas period and be willing to provide additional cover for holidays and staff sickness when required.
We're looking for someone who is:• Friendly, reliable and trustworthy• Confident working independently as well as part of a team• Looking for a long-term, permanent position.
This role may particularly suit a mature person looking to supplement their income.
Essential requirements:• Applicants must be aged 18 or over• Previous bar/customer service experience is preferred• Due to the working hours, a local applicant would be advantageous• On-site parking is available
