I wrapped so much cling film around it that you’d think I was protecting the boot more than the seafood 😅

Our flour-dusted calamari and our batter used for fish and chips are fully gluten-free by design—we've tried and tested many ratios of different flour substitutes to make everything an improvement in taste and crispiness.
