Locations this week and update to menu.......
Thu 20th, The Canary Micro Bar at Olive Lane, 5pm - 8pm.
Fri 21st, The Oxbow, 5pm - 8pm.
Sat 22nd, Apple Blossom Caravan & Camping Park , 4:30pm - 8pm.
Will keep the menu update as brief as possible, but bottom line, 4 of the 8 burgers aren't selling anywhere near as well as the top 4 and they're just producing work, delays and waste for nothing. There's also way too many words on the current menu, we're sorting that too.
Okie, Half nut, Jersey - the additional profit from them is usually outweighed by the waste and work they create, and half nut prevents customers with peanut allergies buying from us. If i was a betting man I'd say we lose more customers with peanut allergies than we sell Half nuts. On top of this all 3 combined make up a fraction of the amount of classics we sell, so they're coming off.
Duke - This one is hit and miss, some days we sell loads of them, other days we sell none, but overall it's only just trailing behind the 4th best seller. On the days it doesn't sell so well we're throwing a lot of prepared salad in the bin that we had to spend time prepping. On the days it's done well and we've run out of lettuce and tomato it's continued to sell without as customers like the sauce and raw onion, rather than remove Duke completely we've replaced it with "Dill", your salad just got a switch up to bacon.
All burgers are the same size and prices as before but we've dropped the whole "Double" and "Triple" pricing structure from the board, they're still coming as 200g doubles as standard, if you want a triple add an extra patty.
