A few changes at DN1.

Spring moved quickly this year.

As ingredients reached their peak and others disappeared almost overnight, Marcus and the team have introduced a selection of new dishes across the small plates menu.

Expect BBQ asparagus with wild garlic, strawberry cured salmon, southern fried oysters and a few richer dishes that still feel unmistakably DN1.

Same approach.
Great ingredients. Thoughtful cooking. A menu that moves with the season.

A new face joins the DN1 family

Please join us in giving a very warm welcome to Dylan.

Dylan comes to us with 6 years of experience and, perhaps more importantly, a huge amount of passion for food and hospitality. His particular love and strength is pastry — but at DN1 we believe great chefs are built through experience across every corner of the kitchen, so he’ll be getting involved in all aspects of what we do to broaden his repertoire and continue developing his craft.

When Marcus first joined us, he was a quiet, shy and talented young chef with enormous potential… and just look at him now. That journey is something we’re incredibly proud of and a reminder that with the right environment, support and determination, exciting things can happen.

We see something special in Dylan — and we’re excited to be part of the next chapter of his story.
