🏆U9 Blues vs Brodsworth Red Cup Match 🏆

A fantastic game of cup football this past Sunday as the U9 Blues travelled to face Brodsworth Red. Both teams gave it everything, with strong tackles, great battles and plenty of effort all over the pitch.

After a lively start, the Scorps began to settle and started playing some lovely football, creating a number of chances. Brodsworth struck first though, breaking quickly from a Scorps corner to score on the counter attack.

The Blues kept their heads and responded brilliantly. George played a superb through ball to start the move, Chayse picked out Rio in the box, and he calmly slotted the ball into the bottom corner to level things up.

Both sides continued to push for the winner. Tilly and Chayse both went close, only to be denied by some excellent saves from the Brodsworth keeper.

At the other end, Reggie was in outstanding form, pulling off a string of brilliant saves to keep the Scorps in the game and earn himself Player of the Match 🏆
