To arrange a wedding cake consultation appointment is free of charge. This includes deciding on your wedding cake design, flavours and details. However there will be a non-refundable deposit of £50.00 to save the date of the wedding if you wish to procced. The fee will be deducted from the final price of the cake. if you cancel or wish to change your appointment time or date, please let me know ASAP. Cancellation Policy. Deposits are non-refundable. If you cancel your order for any reason up to one month before the requested date, all other monies paid except the deposit will be refunded by bank transfer/paypal. Collection/Delivery. Delivery within the 10 mile radius is free of charge. After that a delivery charge of 45p per mile will be payable. If you would you prefer to collect, please contact me prior to arrange a suitable time. Please note - if a cake is collected, the full responsibility for any damage to the cake after it's been collected will be the customers. The same applies for cakes that are delivered - once I leave, I cannot take any responsibility for the cake. If you are not 100% happy with any of my products for any reason, I am happy to discuss a full refund with you. I can not unfortunately offer a refund if you do not let me know what is wrong within 24hrs of collection/delivery time. I will also need to see the cake/product. Hopefully you will never have any reason to be unhappy with any of my products but if you do, please don't hesitate to contact me. Additional Terms and Conditions. I only usually deliver with in a 40 mile radius, although delivery is at the owner's discretion. As my products are hand-made and very delicate I prefer to delivery them than have them collected. Please get in touch to book your required date and time as soon as possible. If you need to change time or date, please don't hesitate to contact me as I will always try and accommodate your request if possible and received in good time. Your cakes will usually be delivered by hand between the hours of 11:00am - 19:00. Please let me know if you require delivery outside of these times and I will try to arrange a suitable time for you. It is your responsibility to ensure that you have given me the correct delivery information, and that someone is available to receive the delivery. Additional redelivery attempts are chargeable. I accept no liability if delivery is not made due to the client being unavailable. And last but not least Thank you for booking with me !
