tiktok: graceneills This bar has been around since before the English settlers landed in America (in 1620) and when it originally opened on this exact site on Donaghadee's High Street in 1611, it was known as The King's Arms. Fishermen and lifeboatmen, businessmen and rascals have all enjoyed a drink or two in the original snugs at the front of the bar. These snugs exist to this day, having been visited by a range of distinguished names in the generations since: names such as writer Daniel Defoe and composer Franz Liszt, as well as poet John Keats and even Peter The Great of Russia. Today, Grace Neills is home to an award winning restaurant open 7 days a week with live music every Friday and Saturday night. Comment Policy: We love hearing from you.
