Grab a bottle of our Merchants' Quay Irish Whiskey from our Distillery and try this cocktail at home!🥃

Gold Rush 💫
50ml Merchants' Quay
25ml Lemon Juice
30ml Honey
Lemon peel to garnish

Add all ingredients to a shaker, add ice, shake and strain over ice. Add lemon peel to garnish.

We’re all about the coastal heritage, supporting local influence, and commitment to quality ingredients. Our local fishermen go out to sea to catch some of Ireland’s best seafood off the coast of the Copeland Islands 🌊 devoured in our outstanding local restaurants, paired of course with our award-winning spirits!

Don’t forget our bar in the distillery is open from 12:30-5pm tomorrow 🥃 and coffee available as usual from 9am ☕
