There’s no garden menu drop this week, but…

We’ll be offering loaded flatbreads at The Fossoway Gathering 🙌

We’ll have the big oven setup and will have a limited availability of Panuozzo, alongside a plentiful supply of Naan and Pitta.

🇵🇹 Peri Peri Breaded Chicken and Nando’s Sauce 🇵🇹

We sold out last week, so we’re increasing the numbers this Saturday!
Another new menu - and something we’ve never done before!

Spicy breaded Piri Piri chicken strips, loaded onto shredded iceberg lettuce, topped with spicy mayo, homemade pickled red onions and dressed with the famous Nando’s Lemon & Herb Sauce, all served on our freshly baked Panuozzo bread. 🐓

🍃 There’s also a Piri Piri no-chicken alternative for vegetarians. 🍃

From 11am on Saturday in our Garden Gazebo, near Tait’s Tomb (between Dollar and Tillicoultry).

Had a few that suggested the Korean Brisket could be the best one yet 🤗
…so many missed out, as we sold out early and sold twice the quantity of the week before. When do we bring it back?

We sold out today-but will be at The Sunday Market at The Hive, Dollar tomorrow!

I need to get back in the kitchen to prepare onion bhaji and seekh kebabs for our homemade naans and a chicken & bacon Caesar salad for our pitta breads!

Our flatbreads are served hot, and filled with cold, fresh ingredients for the perfect contrast.

We’re excited to be returning to The Sunday Market at The Hive, Dollar this Sunday!

Our flatbreads are served hot, and filled with cold, fresh ingredients for the perfect contrast. And this week, we’re bringing our homemade naans with a newly created menu and our pitta with a favourite flavour-but not seen before at the Dollar Market.

🇰🇷 Korean Beef Brisket 🇰🇷

It’s back baby-but different this time…and with limited availability. We won’t be doing this one (or any beef brisket) at the Dollar Community Market on Sunday, so this Saturday is the only time to taste this one.

Pulled brisket with a Korean style sauce, sesame slaw, gochujang mayo, pickled cucumber, fresh spring onion and toasted sesame seeds in our freshly baked panuozzo breads.
