Marinated Korean beef rump strips, cooked on a Korean style BBQ griddle, sesame slaw, gochujang mayo, Korean BBQ sauce, spring onion and toasted sesame seeds in our freshly baked panuozzo breads.

🍃 The vegetarian alternative uses marinated cauliflower florets, using all the same flavours 🍃

From 11am on Saturday in our Garden Gazebo, near Tait’s Tomb (between Dollar and Tillicoultry).

We’ve had some great feedback on this weeks theme “best one yet” and “A1, up there with your best”

The pork has a lovely smokey flavour and hint of maple, cooked for hours to get a deep flavour with our fresh breads!

Meet Tulli. He is very sorry Flat Out sold out today at The Boho Coffee Bothy-but is grateful that Steve was able to get back earlier than expected, after be left all day on his own at 9 weeks old for the first time.

Steve is very sorry to those who were planning to come (or come back) after the school run or after work. If this is the type of menu that works in then please share your other ideas!

Sorry to those who missed out today and hopefully everyone else enjoyed their Tex-Mex style flatbreads!

🇨🇦🍁Canadian Maple Smoked Pork Panuozzo 🍁🇨🇦

Slices of maple smoked BBQ pork shoulder, sharp apple slaw, maple & black pepper mayo, pickled red onion, and pretzel crunch - loaded onto our freshly baked panuozzo.

🍃 For the vegetarians there will be a limited supply of portobello mushroom, smoked and sliced as an alternative to the pork🍃
