We have some Loaded Steak Fries on as a special tomorrow evening. Our potatoes are fantastic this past couple of weeks thanks to Tatws Trading so we thought we'd pair them with some local steak ❤️

Aged Conwy Valley Beef Steak, trimmed lean then sliced thinly and grilled in Beef Dripping.

Served on top of our Triple Cooked Fries with Grilled Onions and a separate pot of Peppercorn, Brandy & Cream sauce.

The Peppercorn Sauce is not very spicy 🌶️🌶️

We have a Turkish style Chicken Burger on as a special tomorrow evening.

Marinated in our Turkish seasonings then encompassed in a crispy coating. Served with Shredded Lettuce, Diced Vine Tomatoes and a Turkish inspired BBQ Sauce.

No preservatives, light and tender. Not like the usual cardboard bread you get with your kebab!

We have some lovely Crispy Beef on as a special this evening. Served with Sticky Rice, Spring Onion and a pot of homemade Chilli Oil.

This dish itself isn't spicy and the Chilli Oil is mildly spiced 🌶️
