Since the weather means I won't be able to open The Shed this weekend. I'm doing pre-order cheesecake pots and Magnolia Bakery Style Banana Pudding for collection from Dinas Powys on Saturday!

Limited number of each available so if you fancy a sweet treat after your inevitable BBQs get booking!

Trying several new things here all at once 🤣 which can only be a recipe for disaster, but it wouldn't be The Cake Place without a bit of chaos would it!

First of all, we're about to discover if the app Ceri has built me works, or if I'm about to spend the week battling bugs 🤣 So please be patient if this doesnt immediately run smoothly.

Secondly, I'm trying some pre-order only treat boxes for the summer. These are available for collection on certain dates only, as outlined in the menu.

The Cake Shed at Caernarvon Close is open 😍 with a batch of School Cake, Jammie Coconut Sponge Pots, and Custard Cream Cookies fresh out of the oven this morning 🤤

So grateful to all of you who came back yesterday after a short hiatus! Hope to see more of you today.

P.S, there's water for hot doggos and treats for good doggos just outside the gate 🐶

How pretty is this vegan bento box 😍 Don't come at me but the sponge and plant-based buttercream was absolutely lush to work with 😍

And the birthday girl was absolutely delighted with it too!

As you can tell, I've figured out how to use my Cricut machine 🤣 Cards for everyone!

One of my favourite things to come out of the last New York themed weekend was the Crumbl Cookies. Now I have no idea how close these are to the OGs, so if you've been to NYC recently and bagged yourself one of these, please come see us this weekend to compare 😍

The Snickerdoodle one was absolutely stunning and have been requested a lot since they first appeared in The Shed 😍

The weather is looking favourable and I've cleared the front garden, so cross your fingers and toes that it's not too warm and we can have both locations open this weekend 🤞🙏
