☀️ Important Update – Kitchen Opening Hours ☀️

Due to the extreme heat and in the interest of the safety and wellbeing of our kitchen team, we have taken the decision to temporarily reduce our kitchen opening hours and menu over the next few of days.

Food service times:
Tuesday: 5:30pm - 8:30pm Billy’s Baps
Wednesday: 5:30pm – 7:30pm
Thursday Lunch: 12:00pm – 2:00pm
Thursday Evening: 5:30pm – 7:30pm

Please note that the pub will be closed between 3:00pm and 5:00pm on Thursday.

Bingo will go ahead as normal on Thursday evening.

Thank you for your understanding and continued support while we look after our hardworking team during the hot weather.

A huge thank you to Harry and to everyone who brought along their magnificent engines, cars, and tractors to our Mini Steam Day. It was wonderful to see such a fantastic display and so many people enjoying the event.

A great day was had by all!

A massive thank you as well to our small but hardworking team for keeping the ale flowing and the food coming throughout the day — we couldn’t have done it without you.

To top it all off, we had fantastic music, plenty of smiles, and even a bit of dancing!

Thank you to everyone who came along and helped make the day such a success. We look forward to seeing you all again soon.

A huge thank you to The Crown Chain gang volunteers for all their hard work on the front car park!

From putting up new signs, laying new light cables, to sanding and varnishing benches — the team has been absolutely brilliant.
