To all our valued customers and friends.

It is with great sadness that we announce the closing of Upstairs at Jacks. After great consideration, we decided to close our doors. We want to thank all of our wonderful customers and employees for supporting us over these past years. What began as a small cafe bar in the center of Devizes grew into a place that welcomed hundreds of guests over the years.

We are extremely humbled that so many embraced our restaurant and that we were able to succeed as long as we did, a restaurant to survive and thrive in Devizes for 11 years is an accomplishment of which we can all be proud. We could not have done it without you!

Upstairs at Jacks have been part of treasured memories: birthday celebrations, first dates, engagement parties, bridal showers, intimate wedding receptions, retirement celebrations, Christmas parties, and the celebration of life, we have built great memories that will last a lifetime.

Closing Upstairs at Jacks was not an easy decision to make, however, during these unprecedented times, we believe that it was the right decision to make and will allow us to concentrate on our other business in town.

We would like to take this opportunity to thank you all again for your support and mention another thank you to our landlords Gaiger Brothers, for their support over the last 11 years.

Dear Customer

Unfortunately, since the government’s recommendation

“avoid confined spaces such as pubs and restaurants.”

We have no choice but to close Upstairs at Jack’s for the foreseeable future.

We are confident that we can and we will survive these turbulent times and will reopen at some point.

I would like to thank all our customers for the support and kind words.

We sincerely wish everyone the best over the coming weeks.

Approximately 30 Hours per week, additional evening hours may be available.
