PLEASE book well in advance when possible, as this may avoid disappointment. Ideally minimum two weeks notice to book/order a novelty cake. But it's first come first served with dates. To avoid disappointment book your date & order early.

Today was a colleague/friends fundraiser for Alzheimer's & Marina Care Home. (Ballyronan)
I was delighted to be able bake for this occasion.

As advertised in a separate post on my fb pages, there is still time to purchase a raffle ticket @£5 or make a donation.
There's an amazing list of prizes.

The forget-me-not is the official flower associated with Alzheimer's disease and dementia.
Its symbolic meaning of remembrance and staying in one's thoughts.
Edible rice paper flowers were ordered from a brilliant online company.
