🐔 An early start here at Quiche & Cake kitchen headquarters!

We’re kicking off the day making some of our lovely Caramelised Red Onion Quiches 🧅🧀 — homemade pastry, plenty of cheese and those gorgeous sweet red onions.

Lots more being made this morning, and we’ll post later with everything heading into the ‘Stocked Fridge’ today.

Bought a new little toy this week… and boy, did it live up to its reputation! 😂

What a fab little fryer — compact, easy to use, easy to clean and absolutely perfect for our homemade Scotch eggs using Clipston Egg Company of course 🥚

And I have to say… they turned out AMAZING! 😋

Safe to say, this little fryer has earned its place in the Quiche & Cake kitchen!

🍋 NEW — Lemon Curd Bakewell! 🍋

Something a little different heading into the ‘Stocked Fridge’…

Homemade pastry, filled with almond Bakewell filling and a lovely layer of lemon curd, finished with feather effect icing. 💛

Made from scratch with simple ingredients — no unnecessary additives or extras, just proper homemade baking.

I’m giving this one a trial run, so if it’s a hit, it might just earn itself a regular spot!

Available by the slice, and the whole Lemon Curd Bakewell is also available to purchase — perfect for sharing… although we won’t judge if you don’t! 😄🍋

We’ve recently had the pleasure of supplying Brampton Grange Wedding Venue with our handmade quiches for a couple of events being held at the venue.

It’s great to see our quiches heading out to another local business and being served at larger events and functions.

All handmade, baked, sliced, labelled and boxed by us — ready for delivery.
