WELL…MONDAY…WHAT CAN I SAY 🫶🏻

I’ve been meaning to check in with you ALLLL week and every-time I think I’ve got 5 minutes, I’m reminded just how incredibly lucky we are to be so busy when you wonderful people keep walking through our doors.
But today…well, today I thought, it’s Monday, it’s chilly, it’s the middle of October, the showers keep coming and I’m sureeeeee I’ll get 5 minutes to say hi and to check in before we open…you guys had other ideas as you arrived by the coach load and we were full to bursting within 4 minutes…in fact, I didn’t even get the chance to turn the door sign to ‘open’ before every seat was sat on.
So thank you for your patience today as we navigated a Monday I didn’t see coming and a total sell out with not a crumb left in the cake counter.

So here I am, checking in…finally 🤣
And whilst I’m here, can I just say a massiveeeee heart felt THANK YOU.
I know I say it all the time, but I really am so grateful for each and every one of you. Biagio’s isn’t just another coffee shop, it’s home, it’s family, it’s moments shared, memories made and hugs that put things back together, even if that’s just temporarily.
Thanks for being part of the family, we love and appreciate you more than words could ever begin to describe.

So…sorry for the radio silence and thank you for keeping us busy, even on a mid month, chilly Monday in October.

I know, I know…Halloween hasn’t even happened yet and here I am telling you about our upcoming festive bottomless brunch…all whilst the sun is still shining…feels a bit crazy, but I can’t contain my ‘Jingle Bell Rock’ tapping feet any longer…so here’s what you need to know about our festive bottomless brunch…

90 minutes of bottomless drinks, delicious food and live music!
Think delicious cheeses, wonderful Italian w**e and the festive catch up you’ve been meaning to book.
So rally up your friends, other halves, colleagues, mums, dads…even your Nan will love it…and come and do bottomless, the Biagio’s way, with a cheeky festive vibe, all the festive cheer and lots of Christmas classics to sing along to and get you in the holiday spirit 🍸🎤

So here’s the ‘it’s beginning to look a lot like Christmas’ nitty gritty:

UNLIMITED drinks from our menu, which includes, w**e, b**r, spirits, cocktails, soft drinks & hot drinks.

FAQ’s AND A FEW THINGS TO NOTE FOR AUTUMN/WINTER 2026 ☀️

Here at Biagio’s, we strive to ensure our customers are at the forefront of absolutely everything we do.
We work super hard to provide a service that aligns with our values and ethos to make sure every person that visits us is welcomed with open arms (usually a hug from me! 🤗)
So with that being said and with the colder months on the horizon, here’s a few little things to note for the Autumn/Winter months:

• TABLE BOOKINGS •
Now the summer is over, we’re back to taking table bookings for groups of 4 or more.
To book a table, feel free to give us a call, drop us a message or pop in.

• TAKEAWAYS •
Did you know that our full menu is available to takeaway.
During our busy times, our little coffee shop can be bursting at the seams. Sometimes this is people waiting for a table and other times, people wanting a takeaway.
So if you’re wanting a takeout coffee, some lunch or anything else to take on your travels with you, please let us know that you’re wanting to takeaway on arrival, or feel free to phone ahead with your order so we can have this ready for you. This is super helpful for us to keep your waiting times at a minimum.

• OUTSIDE SEATING•
We created our beautiful outside seating area in the spring and even though the warmer months are soon to be a distant memory once more, the outside seating area is still very much a lovely place to be during the crisp Autumn days (providing the wet stuff falling from the sky doesn’t make an appearance).
So there’s still time to enjoy the Biagio’s Alfresco experience.

• TILL SERVICE •
Our ordering system remains the same throughout the year.
If you’ve not been to us before…here’s what you need to know.
Menu’s are on all the tables, feel free to browse these, peruse the specials board and check out the cake counter. And then when you are ready, come up to the till to place your order.
That way, we can make sure everyone has been attended to when they are ready and no one is missed.

Well, you do now 🍷
We have some beautiful carefully selected and exclusive Italian w**es, alongside Prosecco, b**r, spirits and cocktails.
So if you’re looking for a tipple with your lunch, we’ve got you. Our bar menu can be found on your table, so don’t forget to check it out next time you’re in.

• PARKING •
We are very lucky to have our own large private car park. You will see Biagio’s parking bays clearly displayed on the fences.
Please can we remind you to park considerately to allow it to be utilised to its full potential and to avoid causing any unnecessary obstructions to our neighbours & the beautiful village we are a part of.

• DOG FRIENDLY •
Your well behaved four legged besties are very welcome at Biagio’s, we just ask that you keep them on a lead, on the floor & at your own table at all times.
This allows all of our customers to enjoy their visit & gives us the opportunity to make a fuss of them.

• LAST ORDERS •
Food service stops at 2.15pm (45 minutes before closing), so if you’re looking to order anything from our lunch menu, please bear this in mind when you’re visiting.

• OPENING TIMES •
Our year round opening times are:
~Monday-Saturday: 10.30am - 3pm.
~Sunday: Closed

• BOTTOMLESS BRUNCH •
You may have seen our Sunday bottomless brunches popping up.

Its Mine! 🍫 🍊

Did someone say new drink teaser…

I know we’ve not even done Halloween yet…BUT…I’m briefly going to mention the C word…
With our limited edition Autumn drinks menu already in full swing…we are gearing up for our limited edition Christmas drinks launch…but me being me, I just couldn’t wait to tell you about this one…SO…I’m doing a pre launch and our NEW TERRY’S CHOCOLATE ORANGE HOT CHOCOLATE will be available to get your hands on THIS WEEK ONLY before our Christmas drinks menu is announced mid November.

So if you’re a chocolate orange fan, well, say no more and we’ll see you for a pre launch teaser this week! 🍊

Anyhow, I’m off to test it again and make sure it’s definitely met my quality control for the 675th time this week 😉 and we can’t wait to see you for a fresh new week tomorrow.

The coffee beans are ready for the grinder, the cakes are replenished and ready for you to indulge in, the fresh ingredients are set ready to serve our freshly made lunch menu, everything is cleaned & polished and we are very much looking forward to welcoming you.

It’s not everyday that the first people through your doors are a beautiful couple that have JUST got married.
Today was that day!
So it was Mimosas on the house for their beautiful intimate little gathering for their wedding brunch 🥂
Huge congratulations to the newlyweds and thank you for choosing Biagio’s as your destination this morning.

LATTE ? | MOCHA ? | FLAT WHITE ? |☕️ 🫘

As you know we have been closed today as I had what was meant to be a very important medical appointment…turns out the consultant didn’t get the memo or even bother to read my notes and so I’m back waiting for yet another appointment…hopefully with someone more competent, hopefully with some answers at the end of it and HOPEFULLY outside of our opening hours so we don’t have to close again🤞🏻 anyhow…I’ve spent the rest of the day so upset that we had to close for something that was unexpectedly so pointless, so I’m cheering myself up with a coffee and a piece of cake (of course), as we get everything restocked and ready to open tomorrow for some weekend vibe’ing…

And as I go through Septembers analytics to gather all the info on what our top performing items were last month…sitting right at the top for our most popular hot drink was our velvety latte…but the questions is, what is YOUR go to coffee? The classic latte, the chocolatey mocha, the punchy flat white? Or are you a ‘just coffee’ kinda person with Americano being your go to?
The analytics might say latte…but what are you saying?
