I got on a train to Leeds with a sandwich.

After collaborating with Lamiri Harissa on this month’s special, I wanted the ultimate test…

Would the CEO, Sam Lamiri, actually approve of it?

So I travelled up to surprise him, put The Lamiri Dip in his hands, and waited for the verdict. 🌶️🔥

No script. No rehearsed reactions. Just an honest first bite.

Could I make Little Vics cheaper? Probably.

But that would mean cheaper ingredients, smaller portions, less care, and cutting corners… and that’s not what I opened the shop for.

I’d rather serve food I’m proud of to people who appreciate quality than chase everyone by lowering my standards.

I’m not trying to make sandwiches for everyone. I’m trying to make sandwiches people remember 🥪🫶🏽
