We believe that a good pub is all about the good times: catching up with family and friends over a proper pint of hand-crafted ale, a deliciously refreshing glass of wine or a fun and fruity cocktail or two. Whatever the occasion you’ll find a generous selection of drinks at the Hilton Brook to tempt you, plus some fantastic finger-licking sharing dishes to accompany whichever drinks you choose. We open at 11am and so you can call in at any time of the day for any occasion; whether it is for lunch, dinner, drinks, a cuppa and a slice of cake or a quick snack at the bar. Our main menu has all your favourite pub legends that you would expect: cracking fish and chips, scintillating steak and our Marston’s Pedigree ale pie. If you fancy something a bit different, why not try our fantastic Chicken Shack, brilliant Burgers and Bagels or a freshly made pizza from our Pizza Kitchen? And, as if your taste buds need any more tickling, you can always take a look at our Specials’ Board for our temptingly tasty dishes of the day.We have a delicious menu especially for young diners, plus kids can get “ A Pizza the Action” with our yummy selection of smaller pizzas from our Pizza Kitchen Menu.Come along and pay us a visit.

We are so thankful that all our customers and staff are all ok.
Unfortunately the kitchen will remain shut until we can get the go ahead from maintenance.
We are keeping the pub closed tonight as we need to get cleaned up and try and sort the smell of smoke out.
Bar will be open from normal tomorrow.

Premium British diced beef and tender pulled beef cheek, slow-cooked in a rich gravy made with award-winning Hawkstone IPA, layered with tangy Barber’s Cheddar and wrapped in buttery shortcrust pastry. Sounds good doesn’t it!
