And that was before we arrived at the wedding venue.

Planning, preparation, packing, travelling, setting up, cooking, service and clearing down—the finished buffet is only the final chapter.

Apparently when someone books a Hawaiian BBQ, I take the theme a little too seriously… 😂🌺🌴

From coconut prawns and Hawaiian chicken to Kalua pulled pork sliders, tropical sides and pineapple desserts — this one was SO much fun to create.

Tomorrow we’re off to Hawaii! 🌺

Not actually Hawaii unfortunately… just catering. 😂
