We are on the hunt for some hardworking, passionate, team members to join us here at Derby Rugby Club (DRFC) ready for the new season starting in August 2026 interviews will be taking place this July/August

Front of house positions - Bar / waiting on staff
- Part time jobs available
- Evening/weekend availability is essential
- Flexibility around other commitments
- Fun working environment

Experience isn’t necessary as training will be provided, we are more interested in your amazing personalities and hard working attitude.

Have you entered your team for the Derby Business Games 2026 yet?

Join us on Thursday 25th June at Haslams Derby Rugby Club for an afternoon of fun, friendly competition and team building, all while supporting Safe and Sound.

Expect plenty of laughs as teams take on old-school sports day favourites. Teams of 8 are just £350, with every participant receiving a drink and BBQ food as part of their entry.

It's a fantastic opportunity to bring colleagues together, meet other local businesses and support children and young people across Derbyshire.

⚠️ IMPORTANT DERBY UPDATE ⚠️

Due to the forecasted weather conditions, we have made the difficult decision to reschedule our Derby event.

📅 NEW DATES:
25–26 August

The safety of our customers is always our top priority, and unfortunately the expected conditions this weekend would not allow us to operate safely.

We know this will be disappointing and we sincerely apologise for any inconvenience caused.

We look forward to bringing the fun to Derby later this summer and hope you’ll join us then! 🎈💙

We are excited to invite you all to our DRFC Family Day on Saturday 11th April 💛

Join us as we celebrate the final league game of the season with a fun day for the whole club. Entry is free for all mini and junior members, as well as their parents, and we would love to see as many of you there as possible.

The day will include:
• Players running out with their children before the game
• Clapping the 1st XV onto the pitch
• Ice cream, food and a bouncy castle
• Post match fun on the AGP

Enjoyed being back at Derby Rugby Club to celebrate this award recognising the club’s role in developing a British & Irish Lion.

With RFU CEO Bill Sweeney, President Gwent Paylor and Chair Martyn Murney, it was a chance to recognise how much clubs like this matter to sport. Grassroots clubs in communities like DRFC are where the country’s sporting heroes are made, through years of hard work, high standards and commitment.
