So by some miracle England are through to the next stage of the world cup. The next match kicks off at 10pm on Saturday. If there is enough interest we will open for it. Please let us know if you are interested in watching the match at the Pothole

Slight change of plan. We will still open on Tuesday at 8pm for the England match, but we will be opening our normal hours for the rest of the group stage

With no automatic extensions for the group stages we'll be applying the following for showing the games. Wednesdays to Saturdays we will show matches that kick off at 9pm or before and stay open until the end of the match. Sundays we will show matches that kick off at 6pm or before and stay open to the end of the match. If the interest is there, we will open on Tuesday the 23rd of June at 8pm for the England match kicking off at 9pm. We will look at what we will open for the knock out stage closer to the time.

This has to be one of Derby's best kept secrets. Finale on the Strand is a fantastic restaurant. The food is lovely, portions are good, service is faultless, prices are very reasonable and I can personally recommend the blue orchid cocktail. Highly recommended. We aren't getting any concessions for this, it's an honest review we just wanted to share.
