I'll keep this brief.
It's seems easy at times to become unsettled by other people's opinions, by other people's view on life and current affairs.
From people we know to strangers who we overhear.
We were in Deal on holiday last month and were ready to move on to Margate.
The b&b owner was talking really negatively about Margate so we didn't say that we were about to spend three nights there.
It unsettled us a little.
After our three days lovely days in Margate we were sad that we could have been put off going by someone who was offering opinion on hearsay.
My thought for this Sunday is simple really.
Don't miss out on the wonderful just because someone else sees wonderful differently to how you see it.
Our mindsets need to be challenged at times so that we can experience the wonderful everyday.
God, through Jesus has taught me that.

Beautiful day!
Nicely hectic for Lynnette & myself.
Great to see so many folks with some in for the first time!
We appreciate very much your ongoing support & encouragement.
For most of our customers & friends you are aware that we close at 2pm.
We were told again today that some media, social media outlets still haven't got our our opening days or times right.
Please check with us. 01332 872002.
Sadly, even though we have made it clear to many of these outlets they still get it wrong.
Tuesday to Saturday 10am - 2pm
Sunday & Monday Closed
We are closed first Tuesday in the month.
Thanks

A thought for Sunday.
We need to take time for ourself.
Our batteries need a recharge so that we are helpful to those around us.
It's not selfish, in fact it's quite the opposite when we want to be at our best in being there for those we love, and for those we want to help.
Jesus said
'Love your neighbour as you love yourself'
I like to walk, and after an hour or two, walking, listening to the sounds of nature, and, for me, talking to God.
I feel re-energised.
What is it for you?
Make time to do it.
