🎄❤️ OPERATION CHRISTMAS CHILD – SHOEBOX APPEAL ❤️🎄

This year, Caribbean Carvery is so excited to be taking part in Operation Christmas Child with Samaritan’s Purse! 🎁🌍

We’ll be packing Christmas shoeboxes filled with gifts, love and little things that can bring a huge smile to a child’s face. 🥰🎁

These boxes are sent to children in remote communities around the world who may not otherwise receive a Christmas gift. 🌎👧🏽👦🏽

✨ Would you like to get involved? ✨

If you would like to pack a shoebox and be part of this amazing Christmas mission, please send us a message and we’ll arrange for a box to be sent to you.

It doesn’t have to be expensive — it’s about showing a child that they are loved, remembered and cared for. ❤️

🌟 WHAT AN AMAZING EXPERIENCE! 👩🏾‍🍳✨

I had the absolute pleasure of taking part in Derby Dishes, a fantastic competition being run by Derby Theatre. ❤️

Out of hundreds of recipes submitted, my recipe was one of the ones selected! 🎉 I was invited along to prepare my dish in a professional kitchen alongside professional chefs, which was an incredible experience.

There were around five of us selected to take part, and it was so lovely meeting the other winners, sharing the experience and seeing everyone prepare their dishes. 👩🏾‍🍳🍽️

The whole day was absolutely amazing — from being in the professional kitchen, to meeting some wonderful people and tasting some incredible food. I learnt so much and thoroughly enjoyed every minute of it.

I’m feeling incredibly grateful, proud and blessed to have been chosen from so many amazing entries. ❤️🙌🏾

A massive THANK YOU to Derby Theatre for creating such a wonderful opportunity and for giving us the chance to showcase our recipes. What an experience! 🥰
