😞 Today is the hardest post we’ve ever had to write.
After an unforgettable journey, it’s with a heavy heart that Let’s Taco Bout It has closed its doors for the final time.
What started in a home kitchen with a dream grew into our first food truck, and then into a place we were proud to call home. We never imagined how many incredible people we’d meet along the way.
It’s been a wild ride. There have been highs that we’ll never forget, challenges we never expected, and memories that will stay with us forever.
To every single person who ordered with us, supported us, shared our posts, recommended us to friends, queued in the rain, laughed with us through our silly videos, and became part of our journey… thank you. We genuinely couldn’t have made it this far without you.
Sadly, the time has come where we can no longer continue the business. This wasn’t an easy decision, but it’s one we’ve had to make.
From the bottom of our hearts, thank you for believing in a little taco shop that started with a simple idea and grew into something far bigger than we ever imagined.
This isn’t the ending we hoped for, but we’re incredibly proud of everything we achieved together, good bye for now, hopefully not forever.
