6 awards in just 2 years since opening on Valentine’s Day 2024.

From the beginning, we believed this could work in Derby. We believed the city deserved something more, and that we could play our part in raising the standard.

Most importantly, we knew we had the team to make it happen.

The awards on the wall are not just there for our guests. They are a reminder of what can be achieved every time our team walks through the door.

Every service, every dish, every detail has been driven by people who genuinely care about what they do and the level we are trying to reach.

We are proud of what has been achieved so far, but this was always just the start.

Forever Forward

A couple of weeks ago we were incredibly proud to be awarded 2 AA Rosettes for our food at The Pepperpot. It’s an accolade that means a lot to our team and a reflection of the standard of food we were producing at that moment in time.

But for us, that award is really just a snapshot, and we’ve already pushed things further since then.

The kitchen never stands still here. Since that visit we’ve already continued refining, developing and pushing our dishes even further. New ideas, new techniques, and an even sharper focus on flavour and detail.

We’re grateful for the honour, but the real excitement is in what comes next.

If you haven’t visited us recently, there’s never been a better time.
