This week we’re serving our delicious Home made Cream of Mushroom Soup , with your choice of a sandwich, roll or a slice of warm Green Door Bakery Focaccia, perfect for a cosy Autumnal lunch! along with many other tasty breakfast & lunchtime options!

Pop in, get cosy with a cuppa, have a browse in our shop, there’s plenty to enjoy this Autumn!

Thank you to all our customers who’ve visited us this bank holiday weekend at Newlands, we really appreciate your visit, along with our feathered visitors!
We’ve served lots of tasty breakfasts, lunches, cakes & cuppas & by the looks of the weather & the spooky but beautiful fungi, Autumn is fast approaching as the children begin to return to school after the hot summer holidays 😎 but lots to look forward to in the coming weeks, & hopefully a bit more sunshine yet!
This weekend we’ve also sadly said farewell to one of our lovely team members as Jack has left us to be able to indulge his love of playing for a new football team⚽️ good luck & best wishes Jack, we will miss you lots!
Happy August Bank Holiday to everyone, we are closed Monday & Tuesdays as usual but OPEN again Wednesday at 9am 💙

We’ve lots of lovely fresh bread delivered this morning from The Green Door Bakery, all beautiful fresh bakes, from Sourdough to sweet Nutella plaits or Pesto Mozzarella & Sun Dried Tomato. We’ve fresh Focaccia too!
Local jams, chutneys, & honey. Crew Deck fudge & much more.
We’ve a great selection a greetings cards & beautiful gifts in stock too.

We are looking for a new staff member to join our team at Newlands.

This is a great opportunity for the right person to work front of house, serving customers & taking accurate orders on our point of sale system, & preparing & serving drinks/cakes.
We are looking for a friendly, polite & confident person who enjoys working in a busy environment.
The role applies to working every Saturday but MUST be available during the week for occasional cover if needed.
This position would ideally suit a young person who perhaps attends college on a part time basis.
Please do not apply unless you are available Saturdays & at least one of our working days during the week to provide cover if required (Wednesday, Thursday or Friday)
Full training will be given, you will be asked to take online food hygiene & allergen training.
