We’re having some issues with our card reader.

Cash would be preferred for the moment, until a new machine arrives.

We can take card, it’s just not as streamline as it was.

Thank you in advance for your patience.

Happy Friday everyone!!
We would like to remind everyone that although we do not serve food in The Freed Man, we have the excellent Castle Fish & Chips just a few doors up the road which you are welcome to bring in to eat in the pub!
We also now have The Walmer Bakehouse a few doors down and open Thursdays through Saturdays 6am - 2pm and we highly recommend a tasty savoury or sweet treat from there to enjoy with a refreshing drink in the pub!
Here's to great weekend!
