To our loyal customers and friends,

Tonight was a very difficult night at Ramen Bar, and we want to be completely open and honest about it.

While many of you know us well, today was only our second day using Uber Eats. Unfortunately, we experienced significant technical failures with our order printers and the new system integration. This created a "bottleneck" that affected everything.

To our delivery customers: We are deeply sorry for the delays and the confusion regarding your orders. We are working hard to resolve these system glitches immediately.

To our dine-in guests: We pride ourselves on the atmosphere and service in our shop, and we know that many of you experienced unacceptably long wait times tonight while we fought to manage the digital orders. We are truly sorry that your evening out was impacted by our internal struggles.

We have always been so grateful for the love this community shows us. Tonight, we simply didn't live up to the standards you expect from us. We are taking tomorrow to regroup, fix our technical setup, and ensure that our kitchen flow is restored so that both our seated guests and delivery customers get the 5-star experience they deserve.

If you had a particularly bad experience tonight, please message us directly. We value your support too much to let a bad night go uncorrected.
