Yesterday was officially the biggest day yet for Swirl Street Social! 🍦

After some car trouble on Friday, we somehow pulled off a triple-header! 😂

Our brand-new second setup had its first outing, serving gelato to festival-goers. A brilliant day out — and I’ll definitely be taking my family next year! Just look at the kids enjoying the zorbs!

🎉 Unsworth Sugden – 50th Anniversary
At the same time, our main trailer was in Melton Mowbray celebrating 50 years of Unsworth Sugden with live music, pizza, a bar and plenty of gelato!

💍 Brooksby Hall
Then it was off to the beautiful Brooksby Hall for Ailish & David’s wedding. What a stunning venue and a perfect late-summer day.

Two setups running simultaneously, followed by a wedding. 🍦

A huge milestone for Swirl Street Social and proof that investing in a second setup was the right decision.

Then it was a long drive home and a very well-earned 🍺

🍦 We’re at Warwickshire Pride today! 🌈

Today we’re serving our luxury gelato, made by Noels ice cream Noel’s of Warwickshire, and we’re also giving our brand-new second setup its first outing!

A huge thank you to dpi Signs & Printing for wrapping our new gelato bar and freezer and bringing the setup together so beautifully.

The new setup gives us even more flexibility. It means I can have two teams operating at different events at the same time, while also allowing us to cater for venues where space is limited.

It can be used both indoors and outdoors, making it perfect for weddings, corporate events, parties, product launches and much more.

We’re really excited to see it in action today!

After what has been an incredibly busy few months for Swirl Street Social, I’m taking a week off and heading away with the family ❤️

Some might say I’m crazy to take a week off in the height of summer ☀️🍦, but I’ve always believed that whilst building a business is important, making time for the people who matter most is even more important.

I’m incredibly grateful for how busy the business has been this summer, and I’m lucky to be able to take a week away to switch off, spend some proper time together and recharge before the next busy chapter.

Of course, as a small business owner, I can never completely switch off! 😂

So, if you’re enquiring about a booking while I’m away, please feel free to email or message me. I may take a little longer to respond, but I’ll be checking enquiries in the evenings and will get back to you as soon as I can.

A week of family time, sunshine and hopefully plenty of ice cream! ☀️🍦❤️

🌈 We had a fantastic time today at the Oxford University Old Road Campus Pride Street Party!

The turnout was incredible and we ended up serving 375 people our luxury artisan gelato from . 🍦

A huge thank you to everyone who came over to try our gelato – it was brilliant to be part of such a fantastic event.

Our diary is filling up quickly and we now only have 7th & 8th July remaining for bookings before we begin preparations for our biggest event to date – University of Warwick Graduation.
